Monotony a life Saving 'Spice of Life.'

It is emphasized that ' Variety is the Spice of Life!' This can be argued as to the contrary. Yes, divergent thoughts or practices, seemingly, 'makes life interesting. Think of the varieties of foods that cross our palates and you experience delightful salvations.
I am not going to exuberantly engage in the merits, which titillate our taste buds, nor underscore delights of multiple ethnic dishes, other than attempting to establish the benefits of monotonous eating.
Going back in time we were at one time restricted to simple gustatory delights. Our meals were virtual basic, thus our systems endured limited needs as established by what was available. At the outset as hunters we were dependent on what food stocks were available, which related to what we preyed upon. Depending on our relations to continents, the equator our sources were limited. And, thus monotonous.
With time we became food gatherers and with that farmed animals as well as vegetables. Even at that stage we ingested limited edibles, which were confined to what was normally available.
AS WE EXPANDED WE, THAT IS OUR ANCESTORS TRAVELED FAR AND OVER WIDELY DIVERGENT TERRITORIES, THUS OUR NUTRITIONAL LIMITS WENT BEYOND OUR INHERENT NEEDS. This established widely divergent foods. This introduced near endless food variations. Many of our ancestors left areas, whereby countless generations were raised and honed with limited delights. All this changed.
We attempted to bring a 'bit of our homelands' with us. This could have been favorable, but we were exposed, frequently, to the best, which means gustatory delights of refined nutrients. It became desirable to indulge in foods 'fit for a king,' were not freely available at the 'old sod!' A QUESTION WHAT KING LIVED TO AN OLD AGE? When you reflect in the luxuries of refined sugars, white flour, refined oils and convenience foods, it is no small wonder that our biochemical individual performances is taxed to carry on. We are victims of our sedentary activities, which goes along with 'spiced up nutrients.' I, unfortunately, humbly declare more individuals have expired from dietary indiscretion as expressions of ' variety is the spice of life, 'then in concentration camps!
In order to maintain biochemical needs, which invest our great gift, Life, I advocate 'MONOTONY AS THE SPICE OF LIFE!'
I suggest sticking to natures basics. Humble yourself and eat at home or in what environment favors survival. I HAVE CONTROLLED NUMEROUS ADVERSE EFFECTS AS GASTRO-INTESTINAL, DERMATOLOGIC DISCOMFORTS AS WELL AS EMOTIONAL UPSETS BY STICKING TO BASIC UNALTERED NUTRIENTS AND STAYING WITH RESTAURANTS THAT SERVE UP FOODS, WHICH NEVER GETS MY BODY AND EMOTIONS FREE FROM EXPRESSIONS THAT SUGGEST SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS ARE WARNING THAT I HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED. I do not suffer from a deficiency in some pharmaceutical, but definitely from altered nutrients or from 'food fit for a king!' WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. And to simplify our signs and symptoms indicate our body is expressing dissatisfaction with our venture into accepting 'THAT VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE.' GIVE YOUR SELF A BREAK AND REVERT TO 'MONOTONY AS THE SPICE OF LIFE!!' IT FEELS SOOO GOOD.

PATRIOTICALLY YOURS,
CMDR. DR. HAROLD ROSENBERG
