Our Constitution guarantees citizens freedom of expression. These rights in the main are based upon individuals exercising their these rights as being factual. However, as a nation, we reflect acceptance of facts as perceived by independent values, which do not necessarily 'fit each ones shoe.' Freedom of expression can on one hand satisfy some and be quarrelsome to others. Ideally, we hope that what is expressed is straight foreword and thus beneficial to all.
In the
past few decades there has developed 'politically' correct values which
in the main are designed to separate the State from Religious freedom.
Religious freedoms are guaranteed by our Constitution.
Acts of
legal relevance as relates to our democracy is governed by a system of
checks and balances designed to sustain the Constitution. This checks
and balances was set forth by our Founding Fathers through establishing
three major governing branches of government acknowledged as executive,
legislative and judicial. In addition political oriented parties were
established under Constitutional guarantees to satisfy individual voting
rights.
In
recent decades there has been a noteworthy abuse by judicial
determinations, which have offset well founded legislative
Constitutional rights, thus abridging individual freedoms as expressions
to suit a few.
I will
not delve into acts of filibusters or manipulation by committees and
party caucuses to block well founded legislative acts or the time
honored use of political 'pork barreling' by elected officials, which
usurp individual rights. These are lengthy subjects, which in the main
impact our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
However, these self same rights are subjected to judicial
determinations, which reflect for better or worse the opinions of 'all
powerful' judiciary sitting at the helm and as such override the
executive and legislative branches of government determinations! With
out exaggeration, judges as 'political' tools wield powers, which can
upset the status quo of the majority to satisfy the whims a few.
I like
to think of myself at this stage of my life, as one of Tom Brokaws
"Greatest Generation,' as representing experiencing our Nation's
history. I remember Veterans' Day Parades, formally Armistice Day, with
Civil War Veterans, Spanish American War, World War One Veterans, WW II
Veterans marching 'up the avenue, usually Main Street. Patriotism was
the corner stone with our Nation's Old Glory, the Stars and Stripes
proudly being displayed both with in the parade, along the route and on
the buildings lining the streets.
During WW II Gold Stars were displayed in
over 500,000 homes reflecting the fact that a member, usually a son of
father or grand father had paid the ultimate price to sustain our
Nations rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In
addition over 850,000 of its fighting personnel were wounded to sustain
our Constitutional Rights.
I was
awarded a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star for actions in WW II. I vaguely
remember, despite being wounded as well as being knocked out by enemy
fire power, of a wounded soldier draped in my arms, softly stating,
"Thanks soldier." And with his next breathe crying out," Momma" and
dying.
During
the war, I carried the keys to our apartment and pictures of my mother.
I remember singing as well as hearing over the radio Christmas Carols.
I'll never forget "Silent Night (Heiliche Nacht/Stille Nacht)", "I'll be
home for Christmas," "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas," " Oh Come All
Ye Angels" and a slew of solid Christmas refrains. We were, despite it
all, yearning with GOD'S will to make it home. As a young child and
through my informative years, I fondly remember as I do now being misty
eyed with joyful season expressions radiating during the Depression
Years and through out the years of happiness and fulfillment. My eyes
after over eight decades still well up with tears of joy from the
resonating sounds of NOEL.
I
feel warmth and with it hope that GOD is there. I recognize that Moses
desired to know GOD'S name, but GOD'S response was Ayah Asher Ayah (I AM
WHO I AM.) Translated, if you desire, suggests, we all are I AM, I AM,
thus our acceptance infuses all with being a multitude of specifically,
I AM, THAT I AM.
I had a
draft deferment as a student or during WW II a 4-A.And to reinforce I am
20/200 vision, thus legally visually handicapped or a WW II 4-F exempt
from service .BUT AFTER DONNY MILGRAM WAS KILLED IN THE
NORTH AFRICAN CAMPAIGN, I MEMORIZED THE EYE CHART, THUS PLACING MY SELF
IN HARMS WAY. OVER 6 DECADES LATER, I RECALL THE EYE CHART AS BEING
E/CB/DLN/PTER.
A
final note, I'm of the Hebrew faith with parents who left Lithuania to
raise a family and find happiness in this wonderful land. I as you note
fondly and with joyous contentment glow in songs and spirit as infuses
Christmas, New Year and Hanakau.
I am
traumatized by judicial intrusions into the Spirit as reflected in
Judaic-Christian beliefs. Our Constitution guarantees the rights to
pursue life, liberty and happiness. A foremost right is that of
religious freedom to worship.
Life is not a bowl of cherries, but happiness
is the 'icing,' which determines who, what, where we are heading or by
strengthening our relation to God.
LET'S FACE IT, WE ARE ENSEMBLE I AM, I AM, WHICH AS GOD REINFORCES OUR
BELIEFS IN A POWER WELL BEYOND OUR CONTEMPLATION. IF YOU OR I CAN
EXPLAIN HOW OUR EXISTENCE CAME INTO BEING FROM NOTHING THAN WE WILL
TRANSCEND GOD. THINK OF IT, HOW CAN NOTHING, A REAL VOID OF NOTHING COME
INTO BEING? ONLY AYAH ASHA AYAH ( I AM THAT I AM) CAN FULFILL AN
EXPLANATION, WHICH IS WELL BEYOND HUMAN COMPREHENSION.

WANT TO DESTROY GOD, BUT I AND THE MAJORITY LOVE GOD.

Hey, where's that hug?
"Did you hug your kid today?" All too often hugs are shouldered aside as suggesting they are meaningless to some and to others feared as being a fulfilled commitment.
Hugs acknowledges recognition as to
acceptance. They portray a variety of emotions such as love, caring,
belonging and satisfaction by approving the deeds if not the
potentials of others.
Hugs
impart a strong bond of being, which fulfils a mutual relationship as
relates to joint responsibility that of emotional needs. Most of all
hugs infuse the glow of acceptance by others. What a wonderful
feeling is reflected by the spontaneity of individuals virtually
acknowledging they belong through a hug!
Handshakes are good, but historically they represent a conclusion that
a deal is being consummated or on the verge of completion or used to
disarm 'others by 'buying time.' Handshakes as agreements are choices
based upon releasing weapons designed to intimidate or worse maim and
kill opponents. Thus, a right hand shake reflects potential peace,
whilst not in frequently holding a hidden weapon in the other hand.
Most handshakes represent the accomplishment hopefully of finalizing a
deal.
Hugs as noted impart that of trust. Mutual hugs establish an unwritten
code that the parties instinctively approve each other's deeds not for
a moment but as a warm timeless entity.
Over the years, I have experienced
rejection from being hugged. One time during a low point in my life, I
sought the comfort from a person dear to me of a hug. It was but a
momentary need. But when the 'other' recoiled,' that is seemingly
froze, it drove me further into a deepening despair. Here it is
decades later, but I have never forgotten that affront nor
comprehended why.
Perhaps the rejection reflected that the 'other' considered me a
seasoned solid unwavering strong individual and to acquiesce meant
that I was not really a Rock of Gibraltar. No matter what, we all
undergo periods of various degrees of glum. It feels so good to
have a hug under these circumstances. It acknowledges that the
'others' are caring and as such impart moral support.
Life
is not a 'bowl of cherries.' It depending on progress as well as
reaching for the upper 'rung in the ladder of success,' is froth with
many obstacles. Not unlike the 'king of the hill,' which finds
'others' attempting to erode the 'top banana's' success.
Regardless of station of life, whether a tiny tot crying or he or she
at the top, a hug calms the soul and imparts that 'some one' cares.
Hugs exemplify sincerity and with it that of being.
Most of us are not hermits, we feel
accomplished by being joiners. Joiners can represent a gamut of
associations most of which denote our preferences and to extent
prejudices. They can be religious, political, professional
specialties, unions, guilds, athletic, fraternal and a host of others,
but overall is the sense of belonging and with that like interests
that dominates our being.
I
belonged to several interests. I am past president of the
International Academy of Preventive Medicine as well as identifying
with degrees from universities, which designated a sense of
belonging.' Within my being, I had the feelings of unified acceptance
and with it all a loving respect, which now and than was reinforced
by mutual hugs.
I am a
member of a unique group, the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
These are Congressional authorized combat wounded veterans, which
makes them all unique and let me not leave out the thousands, who
posthumously were awarded the Purple Heart. We as such are 'doers' and
'givers,' which is a characteristic of combat wounded who have given
their all for our Nation in preserving our democratic principles. As
one Purple Heart recipient declares, "I love you one, I love you
all." AND WITH THAT, THERE'S NO GREATER EXPRESSION AS BELONGING THAN
FROM A HEARTY HUG!!
There is no greater emotional support, that
shines above all, than that of a hug. I wish that during that glum
period decades ago I had been hugged. Let's face it the ultimate hug
is that of 'Mother Earth,' but how much better to experience it as a
life value. Hugs are the best medicines, they glow with warmth and as
such enrich our souls. A dose a day may keep the doctor away.

Your correspondent literally fell prey to marvel of the New York streets, a pot hole. I was crossing West 79th Street less than 30 yard from my destination Staples where I was intent on purchasing ink for my combo printer and scanner. On my right was a black couple to my left a white couple a we crossed. With out warning, I felt a strange experience as to what 'in the hell' were the couples standing above me. I had experienced several episodes of being wounded and to this day haven't the vaguest idea as to how I got injured.
There
I lay sprawled out and the Samaritans asked if 'I needed help'? You
bet I did not because of pot hole episode, but as a consequence of
severe frost bite suffered in World War II, Europe's coldest weather
in over a decade. The nerves and small muscles between the digits of
my feet were damaged beyond repair, which adversely affected my
capabilities of standing up. They pulled me up and I went on to
complete my errand. The Afro-American female suggested I take a warm
bath when I got home.
But,
completing my errand, I realized that I couldn't reach, let alone
grasp my wallet. It dawned on me that I had unquestionably fractured
my wrist as well as severely banged up my knees. The check out clerk
was kind enough to get my wallet, which enabled me to pay for the
obtained articles. I stopped at a Duane-Reede pharmacy, where I
obtained a wrist splint. Again, I needed assistance, the clerk at that
store helped me complete the financial transaction.
Now
splinted, I felt comfortable. My wrist swelled.
Swelling is
Natures means to protect from worsening the injury as well as
mobilizing its immune function in the process of healing.
A
cascade of natural healing measures immediately go into effect in a
phase referred to as the Acute Healing Process. This process mobilizes
the endocrine system, the white cells, macrocytes, interferon,
glucagon, insulin and host of other immune factors to, not with
standing our natural computer chips of DNA/RNA, heal what had
transpired. Oh, yes as a result of the aforementioned healing process
a fever set in, which reflected the concentration of factors borrowed
to repair the focal damage.
The
immune system, now challenged goes into over drive to repair the
damaged done. Incidentally, this holds true regardless of what
pathology exists in order to restore vital functions, which sustain
life. The end result in a ongoing natural process of repair borrows
healing factors from remotely diverse areas of cellular needs.
I was
aware of what was going on. There I was forced into the healing mode.
Mind you, I practice 'what I preach,' and have attempted to stay with
nature's needs by adhering to a solid as well as individualized diet
of avoiding 'junk', convenience and refined foods. This together with
appropriate exercises sustains vital functions, which protect our
gift, LIFE!
We do not store needed nutrients, nor do we
store exercise. We must constantly replace, what constitutes
sustaining life as a continual not a haphazard effort at living right,
eating and exercising with in the 'rules' as set forth by nature.
In my
8th decade of life, it was self-evident that I healed rapidly.
Here, as I write, but 4-5 weeks have past by. I am comfortable full of
vim and vigor. The, only, problem at the hospital the orthopedist
insisted I wear a cast. Why, he stated it was to follow standard
health care and avoid being sued. The cast, thank GOD, was loose, but
nevertheless handicapped my eating as it confined by its bulk that
activity as well as hygiene measures. From day one, I argued to remove
it, but as noted being sued fortifies 'standard' measures. Despite it
all, I doubled up on my vitamins and mineral nutrients with excellent
results.
A
final note, a few decades earlier, I fractured eight ribs as well as
three lumbar vertebrae transverse process. I refused casting. I
undertook intravenous vitamin C and mineral injections with the
remarkable results escaping being impaired for five days by an
orthopedist in a hospital bed. I checked out and left the resolution
of my so-called dangerous situation to what I believed in and to this
day continue to do so.
A WORD
OF CAUTION. THIS IS MY OPINION, BUT SINCE I AM PERSONALLY QUALIFIED,

NATURE RUNS OUT OF RECOVERY MEASURES, REGARDLESS OF 'OTHERS,' WE ARE
RECYCLED. THESE ARE THE FACTS!! WE ARE WHAT WE EAT AND HOW WE

04/04 Top AD NAUSEUM, AN ASSAULT There was an initial assault on a duly elected President George W Bush as referenced as 'Commander-In-Thief' dumped upon me as a propaganda gambit. What evolved was a relentless attack upon a great leader from the far left and its adherents, the so-called 'patriots,' Democrats.'
I go
back a bit as an America Patriot. I remember seeing Civil War Veterans
parading up Main Street, USA as well as Spanish American and WW I. My WW
II Veterans were designated by To Brokaw as "THE GREATEST AMERICAN
GENERATION. To complete my personal picture I had the fortune to treat
two sisters, who's father had served under "First in war, First in peace
and First in the hearts of his countrymen," George Washington.
I
honored Commander-in-Chief Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a Democrat, our
nations leader during WW II. In deed, we who, were frontline combatants,
honored President Harry Truman, a Democrat, who had the guts to order
'nuking' Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which, undoubtedly, spared millions of
combatants from dying and being wounded from the impending assault upon
Japan. Japan caved in, thus joining Germany, in ending the last phase of
WW II.
Now, we as a nation are embroiled in character assassinations of a Great
Commander-in-Chief. There are 'no holds barred,' in digging up 'dirt' of
questionable merit, which has added weight or rather comfort to our
enemies.
Shameful
declarations that GWB evaded service by not showing up in Alabama and
'worse' never served overseas. Tell me since when does serving overseas
qualify as a "Constitutional Right" to being a President? Lies upon lies
are tossed about with out concern as to merit by so-called leaders. He
damn well was stationed in Alabama, but rumors just keep on piling up
the lies, which together with overwhelming false rhetoric debases our
security as well as encourages terrorists the enemies of America to
relentlessly attack innocent humans.
President Bush openly advised us that we were involved in a New Kind of
War involving Terrorism. He stated that we face more than 25 years to
bring an end to what's ahead!
A gang
of revolting rabble in the guise of JIHAD are determined to
destroy Judeo-Christian values. And by the way this includes Hindu,
Buddha, Shinto and all other faiths as representing infidels who must be
annihilated.
The
attack upon the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11, the Pentagon using
commandeered civilian airliners as suicidal guided missiles murdered
over 3000 innocent men, women and children, mothers, fathers,
foreigners, fire fighters, law enforcers all to satisfy JIHAD. LET'S NOT
FORGET 9/11. LET'S REMEMBER THAT PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH COMMANDINGLY TOOK
STEPS TO DEFEND AND MEASURES TO SUSTAIN OUR GOD GIVEN FREEDOM BY
SOUNDING THE ALARM TO DESTROY AS WELL AS PRESERVE OUR LIVES FROM THOSE
WHO MANIFEST THE HORROR THROUGH JIHAD TO DESTROY WHAT THEY REFER TO AS
NON-BELIEVERS. He declared this was 'a new kind of war!' And so it is!
We face
an enemy, a threat to our way of life, who are warring against freedom
loving people. Our President declared that those who harbor and support
JIHAD for what ever reason are equally accountable. The existence of
these threats must be destroyed whether by terrorist or those nations
who support them.
Those
who dig up dirt as to failure to unearth WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION OR
EXCLAIM THIS IS A WAR ABOUT OIL are not only missing the boat, but with
their lies lend succor to JIHIDIST. They, thus, are defacto enemies by
their deeds. "TERRORISTS" ARE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!! Tell me if
you feel that this is all but a contrived deed by a mad leader of our
country? If you feel so than you are an ingredient of the WEAPONS OF
MASS DESTRUCTION, thus a enemy to we who respect life.
The
TERRORISTS came up with a 3/11 about three years and six months to the
day as relates to 9/11 and with in virtually the identical hours by
slaughtering SPANISH individuals. They caved in with NO MAS, and cast
out through cowardly confusion their excellent government A government,
which rightfully joined a coalition of nations in the process of taking
the war to the nations who harbor as well as support JIHAD. 3/11 IN
SPAIN REPRESENTS A GREAT VICTORY FOR TERRORISM. HELL, THEY NOT ONLY
PROMOTED COWARDNESS, AS NO MAS, BUT WILL GO DOWN IN INFAMY AS A CHEAP
VICTORY OF A HANDFUL OF JIHADS DEFEATING A NATION BY BRINGING IT TO ITS

Goebels. Goebels stated," Tell a lie over and over it will become a
fact." And so it is with that 'other' party pushing Weapons of Mass
Destruction, bankrupting social security, diminishing veteran's
entitlements in creating 'HYSTERICAL' POLITICS to destroy by empty
innuendoes President George W Bush. Stick it to the elderly, to the
veterans and you got the maddening ingredients to sink 'the ship of
state' and its leaders, thus man handling the average American as well
as exuding , NO MAS
Shame on
John Kerry, a well honored Vietnam veteran, who threw replicas of his
medals on to the White House lawn while siding with Hanoi Jane Fonda. HE
CLAIMED THE VIETNAM VETERANS WERE GUILTY OF ATROCITIES, THUS SUPPORTING
THOSE WHO NOT ONLY SPAT AT BUT DEMEANED A WHOLE GENERATION OF HEROES,
THE VIETNAM VETERANS.

from POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER, caved into being badgered into a
confession, whilst in reality never was able to recall such happening.

walls to dishonor our Nation's Commander-in-Chief by promoting
innuendoes based upon false facts, Facts, which validates by 'stretching
a point' ala Goebel's lies, that compounds confusion in those who are
vulnerable the elderly, the veterans and the NO MAS 'others.
THOSE
WHO SUPPORT INNUENDOES, I REPEAT, ARE JIHAD ADHERENTS. THUS, BY THEIR
DEEDS ARE SUPPORTERS IF OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!

WHO ARE WE? HOW COME WE EXIST? Have you ever questioned as to why we exist? Think of it with the turmoil, which impacts daily existence why do we face a virtual endless challenge as regards to our relative viable functions. Albert Einstein attempted through mathematical equations with his ‘ theory of relativity’ to explain existing relationships. Scientists spend endless moments attempting to solve the aforementioned. They probe basics such as DNA and as well as project an endless assortment of theories to explain the roots that constitute life. We are awed by the ‘Big Bang’ theory, which times the beginning of the universe. Here it all started with a mass of primordial ingredients that over endless eons assembled into establishing our universe! They propose that the universe is an ever-expanding phenomenon, which contains countless galaxies, black holes and an unlimited macrocosm of confounding solutions to resolve these probabilities. Matter can neither be created nor destroyed, thus what exists is perpetually manipulated to reflect ‘existence.’ The ‘black hole,’ function reflects matter, which has been ‘created’ collapsing through eternal age being compressed into miniscule structures. The example cited would be that of a departing galaxy, star or planet at the end of its ‘existence’ being compressed into a tiny, albeit, same weight substance ending up in a ‘black hole.’ All this represents fine minds at work attempting to over ride natural phenomena by theories, which portray a lasting search for answers to life. Simply put with out solutions how do we explain life? How can something come from nothing that is ‘zilch?’ Think of it how or what force has formulated what we are and where we are? How can we explain emptiness with out any matter being a factor in existing, such as life? Empty is just that. We can think of an empty bottle or of an empty house, an empty room, etc, but these are relative voids, which can be filled. Natural thought as relates to a void as noted conjure up comparative values as to what we experience, not so when it comes to where it started. Experience dictates there’s a formidable force, which transcends mere mortals, that defies explanation. Let’s fall back upon the episode of Abraham just about to sacrifice Isaac. There he was falling back to his ancestral belief in many gods. He was going to prove his love for his new found God, by sacrificing his son. But God cries out, “Abraham, Abraham.” Abraham queries, “Yes, what do you want?” God states,” Do not harm the boy!” Abraham releases his son. Why, you may wonder? It could well be that he realized the pagan practice of sacrifice to prove to the gods no longer is justified. In our vernacular, he thought, “What am I thinking? I love my son a gift from God.” Thus, the ever-present God resolved his belief and pagan values no longer superceded his love. He learned at that moment that God had given him a child, which represented the existence of mutual love. Thus, he came to value Sarah and their mutual God given gift love. In the ancient Bible there is a phrase, “Do not ascend the alter and expose your self.” This doesn’t infer that one could view ones privates, but that, they who ascend the alter must not express overbearing thought, which would compound confusion or ignorance thereby exposing their failure to acknowledge the intellect of others. No person is a god onto them selves. Let’s cite another concern as evidenced in the old Bible. Moses attempted to query God. He asked to view Him and furthermore desired to know the name of God. Now, he was threading upon dangerous waters. God advised Moses, “ Come you may not view my face and survive.” What this reflects should a mere mortal assume that they know everything, they would, thus supercede all and in effect be a god. They who hold themselves to such are with out denial a threat to their fellows. How many more Hitlers, autonimous religious authorities, dictatorial zealots and foolhardy individuals must society be exposed to before the majority recognizes they are pawns to their failures by ‘blindly’ following what history has proven dangerous persons? And, finally Moses queried as to God’s name. God responded, “I am who I am. I am what I am!” What I believe is that we are of God’s name. We each are “I am what or that I am.” Our relation to each individual reflects our innate dependency upon each other, thus when assessed we are of one determination. To deflect by adverse thoughts with out substantiating or reflecting as to others needs and blindly going along a path of intolerance to others is the bane of civilization. As long as our regards for solution by mayhem such as wars or murder or Malthusian’s determination as to balancing population depend upon wars, pestilence, starvation, plagues, we face annihilation. It’s doubtful that any individual will resolve the question of existence. They who profess to answer the question of why we exist and can explain how a void came to support that of what, who and where we are, are gods. Until that ‘time,’ we are ensemble what we are as relates to the union under “I am what I am,” one and the same, thus “We are what we are!” GOD BLESS AMERICA AND ALL ‘EXISTENCE!!

Enough is enough, at what point will reality
set in. Bush bashing is the modus operendi of those 'hell bent for
leather' to undermine with false hood the administration of our nations
presidency.
I have
before me a picture, one of many which favors President George W. Bush
titled "Hands of Friendship." The article and accompanying photo reveals
the horror of a group of Iraqian men who while incarcerated at the Abu
Gharib prison by Saddam Hussein had their right hands chopped off. There
they were well-dressed smiling individuals warmly responding to the
presence of our Nation's Chief-Executive George W. Bush. One of them was
grasped by his artificial hand in a mutual enthusiastic hand shake with
Bush. They were a grateful group of a near dozen Iraqians thanking
America for freeing their country from a tyrannical regime and supplying
them with prosthetic limbs.
Basim Al
Fadhly, a forty year old, stated, " You have to thank everybody who
participated in the decision-making of going to war against Saddam,
because with out this, nobody can live in peace ever in the United
States, Iraq or in Europe."
I doubt
that any of this would make its way into the Bush bashing New York Times
or the Washington Post news papers. God for bid that they the bashers
should have in their hearts that have wronged our President. AND SO IT
IS THAT THEIR READERS ARE INEPT SPREADERS OF INACCURATE FACTS.
A
question who flew those commandeered missiles into the World Trade
Center Towers, the Pentagon and crashed into a Pennsylvania farm land?
Was it Bush or Moslem Terrorists? Perhaps those midget Jane Fonda brains
are convinced that it was a George W. Bush'S oil conspiracy.
And what
about the ill-founded anger of those others who scream about the failed
communication equipment as being a prime factor in the death of some
three thousand victims of 9/11, which included several hundred firemen,
joined by police and medical emergency service persons who had their
lives snuffed out. Was that due to a complacent administration and not
that of Al Queda terrorists? Get your acts together 'Monday morning'
antics, which access facts after 'all is said and done' is not that of
'level'-heads but that of fools. I hate to think that so-much 'second
guessing' is based on squeezing the last drop of monies with out regard
for those who have been killed while on their way to work, conferences,
etc. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
LITTLE BY LITTLE THE FACTS, WHICH THE TED KOPPELS, PETER JENNINGS,
GEORGE SOROS AND A HOST OF OTHER MUD-SLINGERS SUCH AS TED KENNEDY, YOU
REMEMBER HIM THE HERO WHO LET THAT FEMALE DIE IN CHAPPAQUIDICK, CNN,
ABC, THE OVERALL MEDIA AND THE STREISANDS, EISNERS, SPEILBERGS AND THE
DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAVE TAKEN SWIPES, WHICH INCLUDE HALF-TRUTHS SUPPORTED
BY INNUENDO THAT DISPARAGE OUR PRESIDENT AND MOCK HIS TEAM.

Face it
no matter how it comes out overt bashing with libelous information is
within the realm of opening the doors to legal remedies.
If the
facts were set forth and 9/11 commissions together with a host of other
commissions designed to access whose to blame ,we'd realize that the
vast majority of Iraqians are happy so they declare with the freedoms
that they are experiencing after many decades of intolerant abuse.
Hospitals, schools, housing and other infrastructure repairs as well as
thousands of new homes, utilities and public administration changes are
rapidly evolving in Iraq. Their oil revenues are at a great height of
return and the public is reaping the rewards. NO LONGER ARE THEIR
RESOURCES CONTROLLED BY AS WELL AS REWARDING SADDAMITES.
Contrary
to what we are told by our leftist slanting media, the Iraqians are
enjoying the fruits of freedom. Our press focuses on the isolated
actions of foreign terrorists and religious leaders who misinterpret the
Koran to fuel their values. Freedom to the right to life, liberty and
the pursuit of happiness, an entitlement of all the people, is scorned
by a handful of terrorists. Our media in an effort to sustain news busy
its self by magnifying isolated instances. Our media gleefully, such as
Ted Koppel, enumerates our losses. Let's face it why worry about the
enemy with out while within our national interests our media is behaving
as the enemy within.
Those who are the 'real' enemy feeds on our
media's dissention, that is its negative values and with it 'beat their
chests at the killings that they mete out. They see our media reports
from journals, newspapers, TV, radio and political mud-slingers as
enthusiastic encouraging their acts of terrorism. Yes you can liken it
to the smells of Vietnam, whereby negative media and demonstrators
forced our nations victory in Vietnam to 'pack up and run. 'History
acknowledges, that we won, but in 'caving in,' we dishonored the
thousands who were forced to die in vain.
And so
it is now, we are being burdened by a negative liberal leftist leaning
media. They can not accept a victory, but revel in spewing vile
unfounded political slanted facts to up root the spread of democratic
principles, whilst lending succor to our enemies.
THINGS
ARE GOING WELL IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN BUT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IT. YET
SLOWLY BUT SURELY BENEATH THE SURFACE OF MISINFORMATION REAL FACTS ARE
FINALLY COMING TO THE SURFACE. THOSE IRAQIANS THAT HAD THEIR HANDS CUT
OFF ARE SMILING AT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN IRAQ. THE CLOUDING BY A
HANDFUL OF DERELICT ACTIVITIES BY DISHONORABLE MILITARY PERSONNEL, WHICH
HAS TURNED OUR SEEING THE REALITY OF A LIBERATED IRAQ AS WELL AS A

There comes a point in every persons life whereby they have to face or rather come up with reality. All too often the human accepts at 'face value' facts, which are constant sources of misinformation. It is an unfortunate characteristic of most humans to accept facts as propounded by so-called authorities. There would be nothing wrong with accepting authoritative assertions as unquestionably being spread from 'the horses mouth,' but when scrutinized for accuracies there is overwhelming impacts from unlimited so-called authorities, which are at odds with 'others.' In the short end of the stick the public is left 'holding an empty bag.'
Information is put forth as the 'gossiple' truth one day and within a
matter of minutes to days 'flip-flop' sets in. Thus, today's truths
are tomorrows lies. It is acceptable to portray one who 'flip-flops'
as being capable and thus held in trust. Nothing can be further from
the truth at least when it comes to reality. A constant change of
authoritative opinion should leave those victimized by these
vacillated thoughts thoroughly bewildered. There is no informed
accuracy existing whereby a so-called authority purports qualified
information based on which direction 'the wind is blowing.'
Political polls are swayed by whose taking it. It's an inherent
quality to sway questions asked in order to position favorable and
rewarding results. The lay-public is thus swayed by negative
interpreted values. Unfortunately funds availed if unlimited buy
elected positions. It is not who you are, nor where you come from but
how well funded regardless of merit you have been influenced.
Billions of dollars are sent to project negative values and in deed
positive values to enhance positions, which determine outcomes with
out valid facts.
All
too many elected members of officialdom have been foisted upon the
public domain with public relations schemes, which are designed to
sway opinions.
Today
truth does not hold sway other than bending to propagandists and their
'valued' lies which determines popularity.
A
question, where does it state in the Constitution and its varied
amendments that ones service in the military should determine an
individuals culpability to serve? I did, but that doesn't preclude
another's position as to his or her capability to serve their fellow
beings.
A guy
flip-flops, gets boosted by the media and has billions of dollars
donated to disgrace an opponent. The end result, the publics
manipulated that is swayed into voting for after the smoke clears an
incompetent.
A
final play on words that of may, can and should. The world of
informative assertions loosely uses these words. They are not
sanctioned as clear facts, but innuendoes, which create doubt and
disrupt valued facts. The end result may, should, can, could are
meaningless questions of doubt, WHICH COMPOUND CONFUSION.
WHY BE
A DOUBTING THOMAS? ACCEPT, ONLY, FACTS. DO NOT GET SWAYED BY
INNUENDO!! A FINAL THOUGHT, COULD, SHOULD, WOULD, CAN ARE EMPTY

There was this guy, about a few years younger than me, carrying a placard hanging from his neck, which stated, "He lied, they died." I motioned him over. He said, "I am expressing my opinion." I looked him in the eye and stated," All that's missing is that yellow star of David, which mandated that all Jews must wear."
Viewing his placard hit me with an action that mandated he reflect
what he repressed. In his case not that of Jew, but of his union
with narrow visionaries who convey twisted unproven thoughts. The
problem, their embracing 'misinformation,' verifies that a segment
of 'card carrying' Americans abrasively with out merit slander many
others.
Forgotten is 9/11, which changed our world into a well founded
hysteria. We were no longer SAFE. Enemies had come to our nation and
breached security by destroying the World Trade Center Buildings as
well as a segment of the Pentagon. This became as President W Bush
acclaimed "A new kind of war." Our enemies were terrorists, who were
supported by numerous Nations, yet unidentified as who they are. In
other words, they hated our nation and its democratic interests!!
The placard carrier conveniently forgot why we went to war. Our
President exclaimed we will root them out and all who promoted, be
it individuals or nations would be made to 'pay the price' for their
support in killing innocent Americans.
We attacked and slaughtered the Taliban, the Al Queda in
Afghanistan. This promoted a new kind and more friendlier nation, no
longer a haven for the terrorists.
Next came Iraq. Was there weapons of mass destruction? What
existed was a government, not unlike Nazi Germany, which practiced
genocide, imposed medieval cultures upon all nations in their way.
And believe me, we are in the way of these terrorists.
Saddam Hussein's regime has killed thousand upon thousands of Kurds
as well as many thousands of others such as Shiites. Weapons
of Mass destruction both biologic and chemical do exist. Must we
wait until 'terrorists seed our reservoirs, our transportation
facilities or duplicate blowing up entertainment facilities before
we go on the attack or cry 'uncle,' while the madmen, that is
terrorists, go ahead in their merry ways.
Hey, you may want to be
beheaded. I CERTAINLY DON'T!!
President Bush has cut the legs from under the terrorists. When have
we had, GOD FORBID, another if not a worse attack? YOU WANT TO WAIT
AND SEE, NOT ME COUNT ME OUT. I WANT TO SLEEP SOUNDLY, HOW
ABOUT YOU.
This is a presidential election year. it represents anything goes
in lambasting the current president. A candidate declares, "I voted
for war, but changed my mind." He throws his medals on the White
House Lawn to protest the Vietnam war. That's a disgrace to those
who served and to those who died. Protest are an inherent quality of
our constitutional rights, but lies are what they represent false
innuendoes.
Oh by the way, a group of children under 10 years of age came by
during the episode with the placard carrying person. Their teacher
budded in and stated," Bush with the help of his brother, Florida
Governor Jeb, stole the election. My brother-in-law exclaim, "Bush,
"The commander-in-thief."
During the discussion with the placard carrier as it broke off
another teacher gave me the 'finger.' ALL IN ALL SELF RIGHTEOUS
IDIOTS REVEALED THEIR MENTAL BALANCE. Under other circumstances, I
warned the finger exhibitionist, "He best act intelligently or he
may end up a irreversible casualty.
LETS FACE FACTS THE NATION IS BASICALLY SECURE ON THE HOME FRONT AND
AMAZINGLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER TWENTY YEARS NEW JOBS HAVE
TOPED OVER 1-2 MILLION.
IT'S TIME TO HONOR OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT AND THOSE WHO ARE SERVING

"My
friends we are gathered on this occasion to discuss crooks and
politicians. Years ago crooks were crooks. Today, they are in
Congress!" This is from a quote mimicking President Franklin Delano
Roosevelt by Dayton Allan a Howdee Doody TV character. Dayton used
the quote in a comic routine well before the outset of WW II !!
Sadly, nothing has changed. In fact billions of dollars, not mere
millions, are spent upon swaying public opinion! Now any 'Tom, Dick
and Harriet, a new inteligencia like cockroaches have come on the
scene by assuming hallow expertise in lending their 'two cents' to
foisting empty valued thoughts upon their 'idolizing' fans. Solidly
informed individuals with practical experiences who were the basis
for solid information are shouldered aside by inept individuals. The
latter reflect publicity oriented misinformation sported by empty
rhetoric.
Twisting the facts, exploiting naivety for self gain encourages
government not by the people, for the people, of the people to fall
to the way side. What comes out of this are poorly motivated
candidates being elected not by solid facts, but as has been proven
repeatedly by virtual stalemate in government functions. Promises
based upon bought votes end up as empty rhetoric, which features
failed promises and with it all 'what's in it for me?'
Political expedience, thus, results in failed achievements in most
cases. Crooks have taken over and with it all the public's damned.
Ah,
twisting facts by altering factual perspectives forces naive voters
to choke, literally drown in an atmosphere of confusion. Candidates
rewrite history albeit with out shame to achieve 'political
correctness' in the face of edited reality.
I'll
never forget altering facts, despite a tank battalion insisting they
never were freed up a concentration camp. But a female infused with
liberal thoughts exclaimed, "If it makes them feel good, it's
suitable to support their acclaim." I can not accept tampering, let
alone rewriting history to 'bend the rules!'
When
a candidate 'flip-flops' repeatedly, we are faced with the
'Pinocchio's phenomena. When he's for the war, but against funding
or states he's for but on the other hand against, we are being
advised to excuse his 'yo, yoing!'
When
a candidate 'stacks the deck' to his advantage by digging up buddies
to rewrite history versus the reality of the majority who were there
and expressed valid opinions you are left with empty lies. This guy
has more baloney, than Heinz has 57 varieties. How can voters accept
a 'yes I do, but yes I don't' public relationship adherent. These
are not 'white lies,' but out right designed lying!! DO WE NEED
'PINOCCHIO' IN THE WHITE HOUSE or let alone in any elected office?
Perhaps we do after all we impeached one 'character,' 'I didn't have
sex with that woman.' This could be true for he undoubtedly used the
Oral, oops, I meant Oval office for a variety of falachist. Who
could be a better teacher than 'ol' Willie?
Think it over, who said, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice,
shame on me." FINALLY, PT BARNUM VOICED, " A SUCKER'S BORN EVERY
MINUTE!" What's your choice?

Top Clinton can thank God that his wife's incompetence destroyed her universal health plan. There he was upended by his failure to take charge of his God given gift, his life. He was a notorious junk food adherent. We are reminded over and over for his cravings for a MacDonald's cheese burger, which he undoubtedly swished down with a 'coke' or two.
He was a
proponent for 'junk' foods. This consisted of liberal indulging in
refined sugars, white flour, refined oils, which immersed him in
overwhelming portions of 'empty' calories.
Many
will blame his pathologies on genetics. The inference being you are a
reflection of what you inherit from your parents. This has a measure of
truthfulness, but on the other hand is it not logical that you are what
you eat? It may very well single out dietary habits, which for better or
worse are expressions of what dominated the family table. Thus habits
rather than genetics may be culpable. Or, for the lack of nutritional
education, he like many others dump dietary indiscretion upon probable
sick genes!
In
retrospect observing sound, 'junk' free foods is the answer to dietary
indiscretions! YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. ADD TO THIS EXERCISE IS NOT STORED
BUT INACTIVITY COMPOUNDS DIETARY INDISCRETION, WHICH PROMOTE
CARDIOVASCULAR, ENDOCRINOLOGICAL, MUSCULOSKELETAL AND MALIGNANCIES. Let
me not overlook psychological determinants of unsound behavior, which
can be related to abnormal nutrition as well.
Clinton
experienced classical symptoms, which represented cardiac impairment. He
went to a local Westchester County hospital where the staff determined
he reflected a decompensating heart. He was transferred to New York
Presbyterian Columbia Hospital. At the latter he underwent further
tests, which led to quadruple by-pass surgery.
He had
his 90% blocked arteries repaired with the use of the saphenous veins to
replace the coronary arteries. In addition he had his posterior mammary
arties inserted into his heart.
Following the surgery, he had a significant improvement in his
cardiovascular function.
Let me
inject some facts as I see it. Years ago, I befriended Dr. Robert Goetz
a thoracic as well as a cardiovascular surgeon. Dr. Goetz was originally
from Leipzig Hospital in Germany. He bailed out of Germany to severe any
ties with totaliterism influence on professional rights. Dr. Goetz
forewarned his chief at Leipzig to escape the Nazi threat. His chief was
Jewish and became a HOULICAST statistic.
Dr.
Goetz taught Dr. Christian Bernard. Dr. Barnard performed the first
heart transplant. Dr. Goetz never accepted heart transplants. Dr. Goetz
was the first to determine the usefulness of the internal mammary artery
as a vascular tool to replace coronary artery damage. He advised me that
this particular artery never developed atherosclerosis or hardening of
the artery. To this date over 4-5 decades later, I've yet to hear him
being credited for his unique observation.
Another
note, Dr. Goetz was intrigued by the fact a giraffe with its amazing
elongated neck doesn't pass out when it brings it down to feed on grass.
His conclusion the arteries had valve like projections, which prevented
the animal from passing out.
A
critique on the use of the saphenous vein as a by-pass graft perplexes
me. Arteries propel blood by a rebound phenomenon. As the blood courses
through the arteries, they are propelled by the hearts contraction.
This causes the blood to expand the artery as it travels to remote
areas. The artery acts as a balloon by contracting to further propel the
blood.
This is
unlike a vein. Veins have virtually insignificant innate propulsive
characteristics. In fact veins pool blood and it is muscular activity as
for example in the legs which push the blood along. Once within the
abdominal cavity the pressures produced by breathing or exertion
forces take up the load and force the blood upward. Thus veins aside
from involvement with blood contents functions distinctly
unlike arteries and are quite thinned walled vessels.
Several
years ago, I observed a patient with incompetent arterial activity
undergo saphenous graft. The circulation perked up. We were elated. But
in two months, it was back to square one. Again, the intact remaining
saphenous was used. Again, remarkable results, which reflected failure a
little over two months later. Finally, her leg was amputated below the
knee. Conclusion arteries are arteries, veins are veins and never the
twain shall meet.
The
internal mammary are arteries and as such are comparable in functions.
Now he has to stick with the "statins," to control so-called bad

Given a broom and a black peaked bonnet Kerry would make an excellent
witch. This character, together with his servant John Edwards represent
a combination, which represents two of the richest individuals who ever
tackled the job of grabbing the "Oval" office.
Kerry's plans are 'forked tongued' empty rhetorical words with loose, if
not hollow promises. During the debates he let loose phrase after phrase
what he was going to do. He as quoted, "I'm going to send more troops,
get a true coalition and cooperate with the scheme of 'global test' to
justify ending the war in Iraq."
He ranted and raved at the Bush intervention in the wrong war, the
wrong place. But he went along with the Senate and voted for the war.
Than he stated, " I did but didn't." Than the master of "the
forked-tongue" had the chutzpah to vote against the appropriations to
support our troops.
Than
"forked-tongued" Kerry lended hope to the terrorist by his now famous
line 'the wrong war, the wrong time, the wrong place.'
The
enemy ate it up and noting this weakness in the American position
delightfully squealed with glee at their dealing by 'holding a paper
tiger by its tail.'
With this
division by a Jane Fonda Hanoi Jane adherent Kerry for the second time
provided succor to our enemy, thus encouraging their rebellious acts,
which undermined our nation's and coalition victories in 'Nam' and in
Iraq. Let's not overlook the positive Afghanistan results a valuable
step towards a fulfilled democracy. How ever, forked-tongued Kerry has
awakened the Taliban and AlQueda repression of human rights.
Forked
tongued Kerry is the best weapon for terrorist. Forked tongue refers to
Iraq as but a nuisance.
There is an
Arab saying, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend!" What better friend
can a Hanoi Jane mental adherent be when expounded by Kerry. The
terrorists gleefully behead kidnapped innocents, extract ransoms and
cave in weak-sisters as Spain who turned their paper tiger tails.
PERHAPS WE SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED SUIT AND IGNORED THE WORLD TRADE CENTER
AND THE PENTAGON SUICIDAL DEATH TOLLS. PERHAPS WE SHOULD HAVE WORN
BLINDERS AFTER THE DECEMBER 7, 1941 PEARL HARBOR ATTACK. Hell, we would
if we survived by ignoring the enemies ended by speaking German and
Japanese. Forked-tongue Kerry would have had us speaking Vietnamese and
now 'forked-tongued Kerry is 'hell bent for leather'' to make our
national language Arabic.
Forked-tongue
has 'plans' and 'programs,' which are rethetorical unsubstantiated
propaganda nuances. We win a war, he refers to it as a nuisance. The
result as noted forked-tongued Kerry can be blamed for 'giving comfort
to our enemy.
Forked-tongued Kerry, the media such as Ted Koepel, Dan Rather, Peter
Jennings have twisted facts to the point of destroying our Nation's
integrity. Let's not forget Dan Rather's Pinocchio facts, which Rather
foisted on the public as a scoop regarding President George W. Bush's
National Guard service.It was a pack of flagrant lies. HE HAS NEVER
APOLOGIZED!!
Ted Koeppel
goes off to Communist Vietnam, a closed society, to get the 'facts'
about Forked- Tongued Kerry's swift boat heroism. Incidentally it's
reported that Forked Tongue is honored by being acknowledged as a 'Nam'
national hero. Probably, Hanoi Jane Fonda is equally revered by the
'Nam' Communist government.
Koepel and
his TV crew went to the 'alleged site of action Forked Tongued bragged
about. He was cited as killing a young insurgent. Can you picture that
action of a sole young male running away getting shot. Think of, if it's
true of Forked-tongue killing the alleged adversary with a shot in the
back. This was no happenstance occurrence, but an act by professed
Forked-tongue as a hunter would in killing an unsuspected
cotton-tailed deer. Forked-tongued earned a dubious Silver Star,
undoubtedly self-awarded. Two villagers, undoubtedly coached by their
Communist government were referenced by Ted Koepel. A swift boat
veteran cited Forked-tongue's book, which refuted in his own words the
action. Finally, the swift boat veteran's in strongly worded statements
refuted Forked-tongues decorations as being lies.
Fork-tongue
spent about 4 months in the Vietnam operation. Forked-tongued earned
three Purple Hearts, which infers he had been wounded three times. If
you believe that, than the moon is made of cheese. Think of it,
Forked-tongue serves 4 months in Vietnam! That period of time does not
relate to constant battle, especially as involving the Mekong Delta. In
